HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

The BIG GENIE Community Fellowship is a performance-based enrollment track designed to transform local institutions into high-connectivity hubs. This isn’t a passive webinar series. It is a production sprint where your progress is measured by your ability to mobilize your local ecosystem and produce high-caliber localized content.

The 6-Week Fellowship Rhythm

To unlock the Smart-Hub installation, active participation in the 6-week sprint is mandatory. We ensure ecosystem readiness through three core pillars:

  • The Weekly Strategy Lab: Every week, your Fellow joins a tactical session to audit community gaps, identify local subject matter experts, and storyboard regional curriculum.

  • The Production Milestone: You aren’t just learning; you are building. Every week has a "Deliverable" such as ecosystem mapping to video storyboarding, designed to prepare your Hub for global streaming.

  • The Week 5 Basecamp: This is your "Final Defense." You will host a live, high-impact workshop for your local founders, proving your facility’s ability to act as the regional epicenter for entrepreneurship.

The "Basecamp" Accountability Rule

We are looking for organizations that are ready to lead their community from day one. To ensure the integrity of the network, we hold a high standard for Hub activation:

  • Proof of Mobilization: The Smart-Hub System, valued at over $15,000 is unlocked only upon the successful execution of your Week 5 Basecamp.

  • Content Consistency: To maintain "Certified Hub" status, your location must continue to create content. We provide the infrastructure; you provide localized content annually.

  • The System Reset: If a Fellow fails to meet the production or mobilization milestones during the 6-week sprint, the organization must re-enroll in a future cohort to prove readiness before hardware deployment.

The 15/20 Partnership Exchange

Once your Hub is live, the partnership is maintained through a mutual exchange of value:

  • The 15 (Our Investment): GENIE provides the Smart-Hub System, the GENIE OS, and professional installation at ZERO COST to the facility. This connects your building to a global network of expertise and a high-speed streaming pipeline.

  • The 20 (Your Commitment): To maintain Certified Hub status, you commit to driving a minimum of 20 hours of localized content per year. By capturing the unique wisdom of your region you strengthen the global GENIE library while putting your local experts on a global stage.​
