HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Stop "playing startup" and start building a business that creates jobs. Plan2Launch is a performance-driven enrollment track designed to move your venture through four distinct stages: Foundations, Viability, Traction, and Scale. This isn’t a traditional classroom; it’s an execution engine where your progress is measured by data and results, not just attendance.

The Monthly Rhythm & Requirements

To maintain your seat in the program, active participation is mandatory. We ensure no one stalls by requiring every company to present their progress monthly.

  • The Bi-Weekly Standup: Every two weeks, you will join a high-intensity tactical session. These are designed to highlight your wins and, more importantly, identify and clear the "blockers" stopping your progress.

  • On-Demand Mentorship: You aren't doing this alone. You can schedule 1-on-1 sessions with our mentors as needed to prepare for your next milestone.

  • The Monthly Defense: On the last Friday of every month, you will stand before our Board of Mentors to present your Defense—the evidence, data, and proof of your growth.

The "2-Strike" Accountability Rule

We value your time and your capital. To ensure you are building a business that can actually scale, we hold a high standard for every Defense:

  • Two Chances to Pass: You have two consecutive monthly Defenses to successfully prove your current phase milestones.

  • The System Reset: If you do not pass by your second attempt, you will return to Phase I: Foundations.

  • Why? If the data isn't moving after 60 days, there is a fundamental disconnect in your core business model. This reset isn't a punishment; it is a safety net designed to help you refine your Foundations before you waste more time or money on a model that isn't ready.

The Onboarding Audit

We don’t force experienced founders to "start at zero." Upon enrollment, every founder completes an Onboarding Audit. If your business already has revenue, a prototype, or a validated customer base, you may request an immediate Defense to skip ahead to the Phase that matches your current reality.

Graduation & Exit Criteria

To graduate during our quarterly cycles (July, October, January, March), a founder must meet the following:

  • The Scale Defense: Successfully pass the Phase IV Board Defense.

  • Operational Readiness: Provide a documented 12-month growth roadmap and hiring plan.

  • The Final Pitch: Deliver your final presentation live at the Graduation Ceremony to the community, partners, and investors.

Timeline & Graduation

While every founder moves at their own speed, the program is designed for efficiency:

  • Fast Track: Can be completed in as little as 4 months.

  • Standard Pace: Most companies will graduate in under 1 year.

  • Quarterly Graduations: We celebrate our successful founders on the last Friday of July, October, January, and March.

Important Calendar Dates
  • Enrollment: Opens the last full week of every month.

  • New Cohorts: Start the first Monday of every month.

  • Defense & Graduation Day: Held the last Friday of every month (quarterly for graduation).
